I think I already mentioned before that I post pics on Chictopia. I initially didn't connect this blog to my Chictopia profile as I have no intention of showing my face on this blog :D However, I realize that it's hard to post pics in Chictopia while blogging about entirely something else. So, to make things simplier, I decided to just show my face and blog about my outfit (well of course, if I have other things to talk about or if I have my items of the day, I'll include it in the blog too).
So here it is... hope you like my outfit :) Don't mind my (always) haggard face... I'm not exactly a make up person.... so right now I'm already apologizing for my face :P
The title is really about the colorful skirt. It's like an abstract painting! The more amazing thing about it is that I got it in the thrift shop :D (got to love thrift shops!) To offset the vibrant color of the skirt, I paired it with a simple top and accessories.
The accessories also serves as my Items of the Day.. I bought these at a bazaar for a very cheap price! I have them for a long time so I'm happy they didn't give up on me :P
I talk about anything classified as quirky and classic... because in life, it's nice to have both :)

Quickie...
This is definitely not the kinky type... :P All I wanna say is that I'm just doing a quick post... as you can see, my last post was in February... what a shame! Seriously, just when I got the momentum to do blogging and creating accessories again, my work and my laptop is just giving me the hard time :( My work because I usually got tired and my laptop because something went wrong that I was unable to use it... grrrr! Add to that my obsession with K-Dramas... that I did a Koreanovela marathon (particularly My Princess, which I found out is already airing! Gosh, they acquired the rights to air it here in the Philippines that fast!) ... I can't help it, it's like a drug to me... it's an addiction! I can't stop! :D
Well, I did a little something to this site... I added a Chictopia badge... and yes folks, I'm finally exposing myself :D Don't laugh at me ok (or just laugh privately but don't tell me you don't like me & my pics :p).
I'm also finally (FINALLY) taking pictures of the rest of the accessories I made because I'm slowly (take note of the word) creating a multiply site. I now have the courage (a bit) to sell some of the accessories online. Hope you'll like the accessories and buy some :) I need the money! Please help the me!!! :P
That's it for now... no item for the day from me... (I seriously hope I can update this site as much as I can...).
XOXO

(H)earing Aid
I'm a great fan of earrings... too bad my ears seems to reject some. I can be allergic to earrings that's why I don't wear them as much as I want to. This doesn't stop me though from buying or creating earrings :D So sad that when I do get to be allergic to it, my ears looks like it's been murdered (I don't even want to describe how it looks :P) and won't be able to wear one until my ears are completely healed (which takes up to a week). Any suggestions on how to become non-allergic to earrings? or at least have a fast remedy for allergies? :D
My items for the day is of course --- earrings! :) Some of them are bought and others, I created.

Cameo earrings... classic and fun at the same time
I just love floral earrings... it has a vintage and feminine vibe.
Animal inspired... fish (well, fishbone to be exact) and peacock :D
This is one of the earring I created... I just love the combination of the wax rope and the shoe charms
Another one that I created. Love the triple combo of black, gold, and white (or clear)
Chinese inspired charms turned into earrings :)
Another set of earrings I created - the left one have different shades of just one basic color (brown) and the right one is a combination of complementary jewel toned colors

Accessories...Excessories
I create accessories as a hobby (check out my first blog) but once in a while, I still buy accessories either as inspiration or I just love it so much, I want to wear it :D As mentioned in my previous blog, I recently cleaned my closet...I never realized I had so much accessories until that day! I think accessories play an important role in your outfit because it helps show the mood you want to portray (case in point: stacked bangles portrays bohemian while a strand of pearls equates to classic sophistication). Personally, I like chunky necklaces and bracelets... but really, as long as it's cute, fun, and unique (hopefully), I'll probably want it :)
My items for the day are some of the accessories that I bought that I truly, truly wish I was the one who created it :) :

Bought at Landmark (it's cheap too!) Love how the fabric was used to cover the beads and I also admire the gold accents.
How cute is the owl? :D Also, the bangle is very versatile because of its color - black, white & gold.
Another Landmark purchase. I have this weakness for accessories with cloth or ribbon accents. In this case, it has both :)
My friends tease me on this one... They tell me, "how come you wear coins on your neck?" :p (I think this one looks more like chocolate candies :D )
I'm not really a great fan of silver but I just adore the leaf motif & layering on this one.
Weaved native-looking bracelets :) It can be classic & fun at the same time :D
